Elevating Performance

The SF Dream Baseball Club is a developmental program for beginner to intermediate-level players ages 8-12, dedicated to creating an environment where athletes can learn, grow, and succeed. Led by former Major Leaguer Ron Calloway, the program focuses on developing foundational baseball skills, character, athleticism, and a strong understanding of the game. Players receive specialized instruction designed to build confidence, improve their skills, and help them reach their potential. As players progress, more advanced athletes have opportunities to participate in competitive games, travel ball tournaments, and other competitive experiences.Key Components of Developmental Programs 

  • Skill-Based Instruction: Focuses on proper techniques for hitting, fielding, throwing, and agility.

  • Physical Conditioning: Aims to improve, strength, and, speed, to reduce injury risks.

  • Player Pathways: Programs often range from entry-level, to competitive travel teams.

  • Character Development: Emphasizes, mental toughness, sportsmanship, and, teamwork.

  • Game IQ: Teaches game strategy and in-game decision-making. 

SF Dream Baseball meets three Sundays each month, with each session lasting 1½-2 hours. Each training session is designed to provide focused instruction, skill development, game strategy, and competitive play in a fun and positive environment.
